Having spent the start of my real estate career selling in Summit County, the variety of homes made me a master in both luxury estates and the perfect ski condo. After I moved to Denver, the transition was natural. From downtown lofts to bungalows in the burbs, I am well versed and knowledgeable.  With stunning photos, lots of love and a high level of professionalism, I never give less than 110% to every client I work with. 

When is the best time to sell?

The basic knowledge to selling is the idea of supply and demand. As a seller, you want to list your home when the demand is high and the supply is low. Typically, for the Denver metro area, this means spring time is the best. With an increase in buyers, multiple offers, over asking and limited inventory, this would ensure a higher sales price for you!


As with anything in real estate, markets fluctuate and inventory will shift around all year round. From interest rate adjustments, the Bronco's having a great season (and heading to the playoffs) and Colorado's exciting weather patterns, it's best that we sit down together and talk about the factors and decide what works for your life and the market! 

Your pricing strategy

Back to supply and demand, a buyer will only pay what they feel the home is worth. My job is to show you how the buyers determines that amount. As a best practice, I always spend the day with you previewing homes in your neighborhood. This allows you to understand exactly what the buyer will be comparing to. 


My goal, is to get you the absolute best price for your home. We do this by not overpricing from the beginning. This means, that I will be honest and upfront with you about the data. Pricing is key to success. When a home is priced well, the market will response with offers and some over your asking price.


My advice is, to price your home a tab bit below the market value. This will naturally create buyer buzz with more showings and better offers. As we all know, buyer great fear is missing out. By creating a sense of urgency, buyers will see the value in your home!
